Description

Our bourbon with high rye content in the mashbill offers a smooth flavor profile with pleasing spicey notes often associated with rye grains. Structured similarly to our wheated mashbill, our high rye mash bill is made up of 64 percent corn, 24 percent rye and 12 percent malted barley. The palate gives way to an oaky sweetness, providing a comforting warmth with hints of smoke and brambly red black fruits.
